I had a bit of an underwhelming experience at Bear Lodge. While the hotel itself is decent with spacious rooms, the staff left much to be desired. Our check-in process was frustrating, and the restaurant service was not up to par. The price for amenities was a mixed bag, feeling overpriced at times but also moderately decent in other areas.
